http://youtube.com/FashionTV MILAN - The glitzy Fashionation by Swarovski event took place at the Palazzo Reale with special guest supermodel Naomi Campbell to honor the brand that has done so much for the crystal and high end jewelry world. "I just arrived at the Swarovski party and it's literally glowing with glittery, glamorous ladies," said model Erin O'Connor. Other guests included singer/songwriter Sophie Ellis Bextor, Robert Buchbauer, Swarovski family member and member of the Executive Board, and retail director Michele Molon. Other special guests include Aquilano Rimondi designers Roberto Rimondi and Tommaso Aquilano, Italian actor Luca Argentero, Italian showgirl Cristina Chiabotto, American-born Italian actress Melissa Satta, model Ariadne Atiles, Vogue Japan editor at large Anna Dello Russo, designer Margherita Maccapani Missoni, and German model Julia Stegner, wearing Derek Lam and Swarovski crystals. "I love Swarovski. I kind of grew up with Swarovski. My mom always collected the little crystal figures, so I always remember sitting there looking at them. I wasn't allowed to touch them," she says, "It's such a cool, trendy brand. Swarovski, they're so amazing at what they're doing and they've become--they're such a fashion brand now." Guest of honor, Naomi Campbell, gave a speech about her "fashionation" with the Swarovski brand and singer Mika gave a special performance. The bald headed Skin was the DJ of the evening as guests sipped champagne and danced to her stylish beats.
