Blake bundled her puppy Penny in a bunch of balloons for Ryan's birthday in October and Blake was recently seen walking Ryan's dog on the set of Gossip Girl. Blake is currently on a break from filming her show and Ryan has some time off from shooting his next movie, R.I.P.D., so it seems their schedules are clear to ring in the New Year together!
