Roads Minister Mike Penning has pledged to slash unnecessary red tape, as part of the Government's Red Tape Challenge. The Challenge, which extends right across government, was launched by the Prime Minister on 7th April and you can have your say on over 400 Whitehall road transport regulations that have been placed on the Red Tape Challenge website. Tell us what regulations you think are well designed and provide vital protections - and which ones you think are badly designed, badly implemented or simply a bad idea before.
